Aimee is a curious, collaborative, and compassionate leader whose career spans HR, finance, and governance. At Deloitte, she advanced to Audit Manager, gaining a strong foundation in assurance, regulatory compliance, and client service. At Agrium and later Nutrien, she held senior finance roles managing over $1 billion in foreign-currency risk, leading corporate accounting teams, and supporting executive and broad-based incentive programs. She most recently led the HR Projects & Compliance team, overseeing major HR initiatives, compliance, continuous improvement, and global communications. Aimee has contributed to complex operating model redesigns, facilitated cross-functional leadership alignment sessions, supported enterprise digital transformations, and shaped executive total rewards programs. A highlight of her total-rewards work was partnering with senior leaders and the Board's HR & Compensation Committee to improve governance and decision-making for core HR and compensation programs.


Aimee’s experience is not limited to large corporations and boardrooms. Before her corporate career, she helped run her family business, handling everything from office operations to payroll, scheduling, staff performance, and accounting. That small-business experience gave her a grounded appreciation for the real-world needs of owner-managers and ignited her passion for supporting small- and medium-sized businesses. This blend of big-company scale, board-level accountability, entrepreneurial experience, and community service is what makes her both technically strong and refreshingly down-to-earth with clients.
