As a Vice President of Human Resources, Jason led HR operations supporting over 25,000 employees globally. Hammermeister has enabled harmonized global HR policies across five countries, ensuring seamless cultural and operational alignment and transforming the company’s HR service model, integrating best-in-class HR processes that improved efficiency, compliance, and employee experience while generating cost savings.

In addition to his corporate HR leadership, Jason has owned and operated his own retail business. His firsthand experience as a business owner gives him a deep understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face, from hiring and retention to HR policy implementation and business operations.
